7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations in our Lexington, KY location.

You will partner with the Store Leader to coach and develop team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales through merchandising and promotions. We offer a full-time role with opportunities for advancement, a benefits package including 401k, health coverage, PTO, and tuition reimbursement, plus performance-based bonuses.

Formación

• Experience leading store teams with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to recruit, train, and mentor staff.
• Experience with merchandising and marketing programs.
• Strong cash handling and loyalty program promotion.
• Excellent communication and computer skills (Word/Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; 1 year retail management acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
