Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurant or retail management is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and supervise staff with the Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.
• Monitor quality, freshness, and presentation of all foodservice products.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to drive performance improvements.
