The candidate will oversee daily operations, train staff, manage scheduling, and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards while promoting loyalty programs and driving sales.

Qualifikationen

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees and encourage productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Proficient in cash handling and fuel transactions; promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment following health and sanitation procedures.
