Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
• Experience in retail management and leadership responsibilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and coaching abilities.

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, and promote employee retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate effectively and use MS Word/Excel as needed.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
