Under supervision, you will support opening and closing, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service excellence while developing leadership skills for a full Store Manager role.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma; higher degrees preferred.
• 2+ years retail experience, supervisory or managerial.
• Proven sales targets achievement and store ops.
• Leadership and staff development experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist in daily store operations including opening/closing.
• Learn strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Support inventory levels and product availability.
• Participate in training for customer service and team leadership.
• Ensure compliance with policies for safe, productive work.
• Collaborate to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist in recruiting, training, developing staff.
• Analyze sales reports and feedback to identify improvements.
• Work with Store Manager to plan promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
