Jiffy Lube International is seeking a Manager in Training I in Hopkins, MN, with a compensation range of $46,000.00 to $54,000.00 annually. The role focuses on training and supervising store teammates, upholding policies, and leading safety and policy meetings to ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, and performance management, plus P&L responsibilities and guest satisfaction. Benefits such as 401(k), bonuses, and health insurance are highlighted.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teammates.
• Effective communication with guests and across the organization.
• Willingness to comply with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Ability to perform all other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory and cash controls, store-level marketing and guest satisfaction.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create teammate work schedules to meet business needs.
• Set the example for guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
