Job summary

Jiffy Lube is seeking a Manager in Training at our Memphis location to lead store operations, supervise teammates, and ensure smooth daily processes. This role focuses on coaching teams, enforcing attendance and safety policies, and upholding uniform standards while supporting store goals.

You will participate in safety and policy meetings and help drive performance. The position offers full-time hours, a salary range of $44,000–$52,000 with potential for bonuses and career advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and at all levels within the organization.
• Willingness to comply with relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financial health through sales, inventory/cash controls, marketing, guest satisfaction and P&L responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules to meet business needs.
• Set example for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
