Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience a plus.
• Must drive results in a profit & loss center.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financials, inventory controls, cash handling, marketing, guest satisfaction and P&L.
• Build a winning team using recruiting and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules to meet business needs.
• Set the example for guest service and resolve guest issues promptly.
