Jiffy Lube International is seeking a Manager in Training to lead store operations, coach Teammates, and drive daily performance at our Missouri location. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for rapid advancement.

In this role you will oversee training, attendance, safety, and uniform standards, while promoting excellent guest service and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Must be able to drive results in a profit and loss center.
• Motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Effective communication with guests and at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory/cash controls, marketing, guest satisfaction and P&L responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service, including resolution of guest complaints.
• Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
