107 Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking a Manager in Training in Austin, TX. The role focuses on leading teammates, overseeing training, attendance, safety, and uniform standards while driving store performance and guest satisfaction.

You will engage in coaching, scheduling, and conducting store safety and policy meetings, with clear growth and development opportunities in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience, automotive experience is a plus.
• Must have driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Able to motivate Teammates.
• Effective communication across the organization.
• Willing to comply with regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financial health through sales, inventory and cash controls, marketing, guest satisfaction and P&L responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules for proper coverage.
• Set an example for guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
