Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents and procedures manuals.
• Basic math skills including percentages and handling of cash.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit controls.
• Familiarity with IBM cash register functions and report generation.
• Experience with inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Understanding of safety and cash control policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and stocking according to established practices.
• Assist in all aspects of inventory management and store records.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership and cashier accountability.
• Assist in store opening/closing and daily operations.
