Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Leadership professional for an on-site Full-Time role in California.

The position emphasizes leadership in training and daily operations, with a base pay range of $19 to $21 per hour plus commission on sales. As a Leader in Training and Floor Leader, you’ll work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit Teammates, and deliver a superior shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) and related retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Meet or exceed personal sales-per-hour, average sale and total net sales goals.
• Lead by example in showmanship, customer service and team collaboration.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store to support Buckle’s mission.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing new Teammates and ensuring store standards.
