Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee at Mount Pleasant location to learn and perform a broad range of sales, merchandising and operational tasks. The trainee will work with the Store Manager to develop leadership, recruiting and sales skills, and may assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence.

The program covers training on guest service, product knowledge, loss prevention and store operations, with opportunities to progress to Store Manager and lead a team across the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–3 months retail experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales, merchandising and operational skills under Store Manager.
• Lead Teammates and train them; act as Store Manager in absence.
• Support Store Manager with interviewing, coaching and onboarding.
