Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Jasper, TN for a full-time, store-focused leadership role. This trainee path offers immediate hiring, hands-on supervision, and development alongside the Store Leader to drive exceptional customer service and sales.

You will participate in merchandising, marketing programs, loyalty initiatives, and ensure a clean, compliant store environment while mentoring staff and promoting internal growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Management or supervisory role.
• Ability to oversee customer service leadership with coaching.
• Strong merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Excellent cash handling and loyalty program promotion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; experience may suffice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching with Store Leader.
• Identify and develop future leaders while maintaining retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty promotions.
• Ensure clean, safe store environment and in-stock products.
• Communicate effectively with team and leadership.
