Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year (1-2 years preferred) experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Full-time schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Live The Pledge and deliver WOW! customer service while leading a store team.
• Maintain clear communication with employees and customers to drive execution.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training to develop a strong team.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and sales strategies for profitability.
• Learn to analyze and reconcile monthly P&L statements to optimize store profitability.
• Support store operations and ensure policy compliance through structured training.
