Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Effective communication at all levels and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the store's financial health via sales, inventory and cash controls with P&L responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting techniques and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules to meet business needs.
• Set the example for guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
