Qualifications

• Ability to learn and operate IBM cash register functions and generate reports.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Familiarity with store security and cash controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Participate in store merchandising and stocking according to best practices.
• Manage inventory including damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Follow prescribed ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership and store supervision.
• Support opening/closing activities and bank deposits.
