Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours) daily.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store staff through recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals by training, mentoring and providing feedback to staff.
• Schedule and assign employees and follow up on results.
• Monitor expenses to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensure store compliance with legal requirements and maintain reputation.
• Assign tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and relationships.
• Create a positive, team-based environment.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Handle banking responsibilities and cash controls.
