Job summary

Buckle in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Store Leadership role (Leader in Training and Floor Leader). The position involves a mix of sales, merchandising and store operations to create an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

Working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team, you will help develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership. The role pays a base rate plus commission; pay range is $18–$22 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: greet Guests, assist with selections, demonstrate product knowledge, maintain visual standards and drive sales.
• Operations and Leadership: recruit, train and develop teammates, lead by example and maintain store standards.
