Job summary

Ultipro in Franklin, TN is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to drive guest service and sales. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate Teammates, and to develop sales through coaching, product education, and effective store operations.

The role includes leading by example in customer service, managing shifts, and ensuring execution of visual standards and merchandising. On-site, full-time with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example in sales presentations and product education.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates with leadership actions.
• Plan sales goals with Store Manager and drive store performance.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, exchanges, and guest loyalty.
• Partner with Store Manager to delegate education focus weekly.
• Execute zones ownership and visual standards with urgency.
• Assist Store Manager in recruitment of staffing needs.
