Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training and Assistant Manager to fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising, and training Teammates, and may act as Store Manager in their absence.

This role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher duties; you will lead by example, drive sales, manage store operations, and develop staff in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications

• Merchandising and visual presentation skills.
• Ability to recruit and train new teammates.
