Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff and coach for performance.
• Experience implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic point-of-sale operations.
• Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash transactions and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in-stock.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management; use Microsoft Excel for basic reporting.
