Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager in Jackson, TN. You will support sales, merchandising, and store operations, and work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate Teammates. The role evolves from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher responsibilities during progression.

You will train Teammates, lead by example in presenting merchandise, and ensure strong guest experiences while contributing to the store’s overall performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales environments is preferred.
• Ability to train and coach teammates and lead by example.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with legendary service and assist with merchandise.
• Assist Store Manager in recruitment and in training Teammates.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service across the sales floor.
