Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside Store Leader for all staff.
• Demonstrated strength in retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program.
