Job summary

7‑Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Minnesota to assist the Store Leader in daily operations and staff development. You will help supervise employees, ensure excellent customer service, and support merchandising and promotional efforts.

The role requires strong communication, ability to multi-task, and a commitment to health and safety standards, with eligibility for full-time hours and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; candidates with Retail Management experience considered.
• At least 1 year of Retail Management experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, and empower staff to maintain high retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs in-store.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure health and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Communicate effectively and use basic computer tools (Word/Excel).
