Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Minnesota to join a dynamic store leadership team. You will work alongside the Store Leader to supervise employees, deliver excellent customer service, and drive merchandising, promotions, and loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred or 1+ year.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Develop leaders, hire and retain qualified staff, and drive employee productivity.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs across the store.
