7-Eleven, Inc is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager in Minnesota to join our store leadership team. You will oversee daily store operations, coach and train team members, ensure exceptional customer service, and implement merchandising and marketing programs in partnership with the Store Leader.

The role offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and opportunities to advance within a company known for promoting from within. A valid drivers license and strong cash-handling skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management or supervisor experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
