7-Eleven in Minnesota is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to help lead the store team and supervise daily operations. You will partner with the Store Leader to deliver excellent customer service, manage staff scheduling, and ensure standards are met.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Identify and develop qualified applicants, build leaders, and boost retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Maintain cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment and in-stock products.
• Strong communication and intrapersonal skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; one year Retail Management ok.
