Qualifications

• Requires supervisory/managerial experience and ability to lead a team.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required if you have Retail Management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee customer service, coaching, and merchandising programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Promote loyalty programs and handle cash, transactions, and day-to-day store operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment in compliance with health and sanitation rules.
