Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager at The Mall At Robinson in Pittsburgh, PA. This role partners with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, develop Teammates, and maintain exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include leading sales and service, recruiting and training teammates, handling merchandising and store operations, and stepping in as Manager when needed. Full-time with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate Teammates to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with legendary service and assist with merchandise needs.
• Lead, recruit, and train Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Manage store operations, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
• Assist Store Manager in executing store goals and leadership responsibilities.
