Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Keystone Heights, FL is seeking a full-time leader to manage store operations and staff. You will recruit, train and supervise employees, ensure excellent customer service and maintain store standards across merchandising, safety and cash controls.

The role requires strong communication skills in English, a valid driver’s license, and ability to analyze reports and manage inventory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/ASM job description.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR/ASM job description.
• Ability to use computer, analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and management meetings.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Maintain a professional and supportive image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling and motivating staff.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Ensure safety and a positive public image in the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback in writing.
• Train employees on customer service, site image and safety procedures.
• Establish communications with all site employees and Market Manager.
• Organize site files and ensure reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed and priced correctly.
