Job summary

Buckle is seeking a part-time Leader in Training and Floor Leader at our Indianapolis store. The role focuses on delivering legendary guest service, driving sales, merchandising, and in-store leadership alongside the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

You will recruit and develop Teammates, manage daily operations, and ensure a welcoming, high-performing environment. The position emphasizes teamwork, flexibility for mornings/evenings/weekends, and adherence to Buckle policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months of related retail experience acceptable.
• Experience in customer service and basic sales tasks is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with locating merchandise and provide product recommendations.
• Lead by example and coach Teammates on sales and presentation.
• Recruit, train, and develop new Teammates per Buckle standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and follow POS and loss prevention procedures.
