Job summary

Buckle in Douglasville, GA is hiring a Store Leadership – Assistant Manager in a full-time, on-site role. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, lead a team, and recruit and train Teammates.

This position advances from an Assistant in Training path and carries high level responsibilities when needed. You will oversee guest service, merchandising, and daily operations while maintaining Buckle’s standards and culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred, especially in leadership roles.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and coach Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to drive sales.
• Lead sales and merchandising to meet store goals and standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates; support Store Manager in their absence.
• Maintain store standards, loss prevention, and daily operational tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and coach teams through daily shifts.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on education focus and team development.
