Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to drive sales, merchandising and store operations in Valdosta, GA. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train and motivate Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.

The role blends leadership with hands-on duties in sales, training and visual presentation, requiring strong customer service and flexibility to support peak shopping periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
• Strong customer service and product knowledge.
• Experience recruiting, training and leading Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service; meet sales goals.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, training and developing Teammates.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandising; manage operations and loss prevention.
• Lead, coach and evaluate staff; handle opening/closing duties and performance tracking.
