Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a dynamic Store Supervisor to lead a high-energy, customer-focused store environment. You will coach associates on service standards, participate in training for new hires, and work with management to ensure consistent execution of store policies and programs.

The role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with responsibility for cash handling, stock operations, and delivering on sales goals while upholding brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching and training.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in cash handling and merchandise operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creates a high energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling service behaviors.
• Supervises and provides coaching on sales training to ensure high service levels.
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns in line with policy and satisfaction goals.
• Participates in training for new hires on LS&CO culture, product knowledge and store programs.
• Partners with store management to set expectations and deliver performance feedback.
• Handles cash, shipments, floor sets, markdowns and replenishments per policy.
• Supports store management to meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
• Supervises staff in the absence of other managers.
