Qualifications

• Must have progressive retail leadership experience.
• Experience supervising, coaching and training staff.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Create a high-energy store experience by engaging customers and modeling service behaviors.
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy.
• Partner with store manager on elevated consumer issues.
• Participate in training new hires and current employees on culture, product knowledge and store policies.
• Deliver formal performance feedback in partnership with store management.
• Oversee cash handling, shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment while maintaining standards.
