Job summary

• Progressive retail leadership experience advantageous.
• Experience supervising, coaching and training staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a high energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling service behaviors.
• Supervise and coach on sales training processes to ensure top service and sales.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with policy and satisfaction goals.
• Partner with store management to set expectations and foster engagement and retention.
• Deliver formal performance feedback with store leadership.
• Handle cash operations, shipments, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment per policy.
• Lead store team in the absence of management and support store strategies to meet sales goals.
