Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience.
• Strong coaching and training skills.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Creates a high energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling service behaviors to other associates, supervising and coaching on sales training.
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and customer satisfaction.
• Participates in training for new hires and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, and store policies.
• Partner with store management to set expectations, coach, and foster engagement and retention; deliver formal feedback.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations including shipments, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment per policy.
• Work with Store Manager and others to meet or exceed store and individual sales goals daily.
