Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. Terrell, TX is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join our store team. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure adherence to service standards to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.

You will partner with the store manager on daily operations, train new hires on company culture and policies, and provide feedback to improve performance. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience required.
• Strong coaching and training skills for sales staff.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver superior customer service and store experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a high-energy, compelling store experience by modeling service behaviors and coaching associates.
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with store manager on elevated issues and guidance to the team.
• Train and onboard new hires and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, and loss prevention.
• Provide formal performance feedback in collaboration with store management.
• Efficient cash handling and merchandise operations including shipments, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to adjust store strategies and meet sales and performance goals daily.
• Supervise the store team in the absence of other management members.
