Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Supervisor to join our store management team in Chicago.

You will help create a high-energy, engaging store experience, coach associates in sales training, and ensure exceptional customer service while enforcing company policies. You will collaborate with the store manager on complex issues, participate in training for new hires, and drive performance through effective feedback, loss prevention, and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching and training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a high energy, compelling store experience and coach associates on sales training processes.
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy.
• Partner with store manager on elevated consumer issues.
• Participate in training for new hires on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, and loss prevention.
• Partner with store management to set expectations and foster engagement and retention.
• Deliver formal performance feedback with store management.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations and maintain store procedures.
• Work with Store Manager and Associate/Assistant Store Managers to meet sales and performance goals.
• Supervise store team in the absence of management.
• Follow Levi's Stores policy and programs.
