The North Face in Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience aligned with our brand values. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through exceptional engagement, merchandising, and store operations.

This role requires 2+ years of retail or store leadership, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a passion for leadership, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievements valued.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive profitability through operations and merchandising.
• In the Store Manager's absence, assume store responsibility.
• Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new talent.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and development to staff.
• Manage store operations, opening/closing, floor coverage, tasks.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Foster inclusive, accountable, high-performing environment.
• Oversee inventory and shrink control.
