The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager/Supervisor to be the heartbeat of our Sioux Falls store. You will lead daily operations, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences with autonomy to shape store success.

You will drive sales, manage budgets, oversee inventory and merchandising, and collaborate with leadership to grow the business while maintaining a focus on customer service and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership abilities with communication and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric with focus on service.
• Able to analyze sales data and manage budgets.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in retail management software and basic computer applications.
• Must speak English clearly and read/write English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Minimum weekly hours and weekend/holiday availability.
