Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail management experience.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director and Associate Store Manager to impact business results and profitability.
• Own designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist recruiting, training and development efforts, if needed.
• Partner to curate a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and provides best-in-class customer service.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge for associates and enhance customer connection.
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor when needed.
