Job summary

Splendid is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time) to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a leader on the Store Management Team, you will assist the Store Manager with hiring, coaching, scheduling, and enforcing company standards.

You will work to meet store sales goals, develop talent, manage payroll and inventory, and ensure brand representation in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related retail sales experience, with at least 2 years in management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Willing to work weekends and evenings.
• Experience in luxury or specialty retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to overall store success by meeting sales goals and achieving personal targets.
• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day store operations and leadership in absence of the Store Manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by styling and assisting customers.
• Build client relationships and drive store sales through outreach and engagement.
• Communicate goals and updates with the Store Manager on a regular basis.
• Help train, coach, and motivate the team to maximize productivity.
• Follow store policies and ensure standards are maintained.
• Assist with recruiting and retaining top talent for sales growth.
• Assist with payroll and scheduling within guidelines for proper coverage.
• Support directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing and meet deadlines.
• Assist with loss prevention and inventories to protect store assets.
