Job summary

Serv--u--success is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead teams, and ensure projects are completed with excellence. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding execution, coach team members, and help keep the store safe and customer-focused.

This full-time position offers a day shift from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, weekday and weekend availability, and merchandising experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including merchandising, product resets, remodels, and special projects.
• Lead assigned shifts and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members while reinforcing company standards and best practices.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Build positive relationships with customers, store leadership, and team members.
