Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication, recruiting, payroll, reporting and scheduling skills.
• Ability to develop and lead a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to achieve sales plan and comp goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative store team.
