You’ll support the Store Manager in hitting sales targets, recruiting, and developing a high-energy team that delivers exceptional in-store experiences. You’ll run operations with sound processes, manage scheduling and payroll, promote new products, and engage customers through buzz-worthy promotions and curbside options.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication, recruiting, operations, and scheduling skills.
• Time management, professionalism, and ability to develop others.
• High school diploma or GED required; degree welcome.
• Adaptable to a fast-changing retail environment and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Drive customer engagement through promotions and social media.
• Provide operational leadership with delegation and customer-first selling.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy.
• Merchandise the store and launch promos on time.
