Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to mentor others.
• Proficiency in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Recruit and cultivate top talent by providing training and ongoing development; mentor Associates.
• Communicate action plans for projects and store changes; support succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and store efficiency.
