Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3+ years of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develops store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve KPIs.
• Lead brand standards and Omni-channel selling while resolving issues as main contact.
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, training and development of staff.
• Manage operations including inventory, payroll hours and scheduling; opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain safety and loss prevention; ensure asset protection and adherence to policies.
