Responsabilités

• PRODUCT: Support the director in managing all sections to achieve sales targets and monitor product display.
• PROCESS: Manage warehouse stock and merchandise flows; organize people and processes.
• CUSTOMER: Lead customer service standards and resolve incidents in time.
• PEOPLE: Assist in budgeting hours and scheduling; train and develop staff; oversee health and safety compliance.
